We chat with the participant, coordinator, and OT to understand the scope of works. We also review the Occupational Therapist’s assessment and any recommendations included in the NDIS plan.

2. Site Visit & Quote

We come out to the property and assess the space in person. From there, we’ll provide a detailed and transparent quote that aligns with NDIS funding categories (and avoids hidden extras).

3. Plan Approval & Funding

Once the scope is agreed upon, we support coordinators and plan managers through any final approvals required by the NDIA (if needed).

4. Construction Begins

Our in-house team (no subcontractors) starts the work. We stick to agreed timelines and communicate throughout the entire project, keeping the participant and team in the loop.

5. Handover & Final Sign-Off

Once complete, we walk you through everything to make sure it’s done right. We don’t consider it finished until everyone’s happy.
